El laboratorio cuenta con diversos equipos para la elaboración de ingredientes, aditivos y alimentos, tales como molinos pulverizadores, juego de tamices, mezcladoras para pequeños volúmenes (2 L) y mediano volumen (20L), molinos de carne (extrusores) de 3/4 HP y de 3 HP, así como hornos para secado, refrigerador, parrilla de gas y olla de cocción de 30 L, así como utensilios diversos.
